Whether
you own and operate a single truck or a fleet of thousands, Rainmaker's trucking
industry financing program has the flexibility to help bridge the
cash flow requirements that make operations possible and future growth
plans achievable. The operating realities facing today's logistics
companies are placing the highest premium on cash flow for accounts
receivables collections. Rainmaker has stepped into this opening with
low-cost, efficient cash flow financing based upon factoring a single
account, group of accounts or all of the accounts receivable with a
collections at-risk program and a collections not at-risk program. The
collections at-risk program is priced based upon the assumption that the
financing is at-risk for collection of the accounts receivable
basket. We are purchasing the accounts receivable for a flat
amount and then it is up to us to collect these outstanding balances. The
collections not at-risk program is priced based upon the assumption that
the financing is not at-risk for collections and fees and costs are
charged on the outstanding accounts receivable until the financing is
retired by your collection of the accounts receivable files that are the
basis of the financing program. The
decision is yours and ours. You cannot expect to sell an
account to us that is more than 90 days old, receive a net payment and
then leave us to collect an account of dubious value. We will
analyze the accounts and provide you with proposals for your cash flow
financing that cover both contingencies. You
will make the decision based upon your needs and expectations. Our
job is to meet your needs by providing a service that is cost-efficient
and streamlined to fit into the way you operate your trucking industry
business and allocate profits as a result of your available capital
financing options. We provide access to trucking industry
financing programs based upon the following services covenants:
-
Processing
& Closing. Usually done within ten (10) business
days. Some can be closed in as little as five (5) days.
If that isn't fast enough for you, then we need to discuss other
options due to your exigent circumstances.
-
Fees.
Fees can be as low as 1.50% for a "no-risk" set of
accounts receivable and go up from there. Your expectations
should be for a range of 2.50% to 4.00% on an "all-in"
analysis that normalizes teaser rates and back-of-the-contract
additional fees. Rainmaker can lead you past this minefield.
